Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of the 4future.md website

2. What data we collect and its source
We process the following categories of data, collected directly from you through the website forms or through direct communication (phone, email):
- Identification data: first name, last name;
- Contact data: phone number, email address;
- Course enrollment data: requested course, time availability, messages sent through the form;
- Technical data automatically collected while browsing the website (IP address, device/browser type, pages visited), through cookies or similar technologies, where used — see section 9.
We do not collect special categories of data (ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, etc.) through the website forms. Please do not submit such information through the contact forms.
3. Purposes of processing and legal basis

4. Who we disclose data to
Your data may be accessed or processed, strictly to the extent necessary, by:
- Our own staff involved in course administration and communication with trainees, contractually bound to confidentiality;
- Technical service providers used for the operation of the website and communication (e.g. hosting provider, email marketing platform), acting as processors on behalf of the operator, under a contract binding them to the same protection standards;
- Public authorities, where the law expressly requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
5. International data transfers
If any of the providers mentioned in section 4 (e.g. hosting or email services) process data outside the Republic of Moldova or the European Economic Area, the transfer is carried out only on the basis of a legal mechanism recognized by Law No. 195/2024 (adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another equivalent mechanism). 6. Data retention period
- Data related to an enrollment request that was not finalized: up to 12 months from the last interaction, then deleted or anonymized;
- Data of active/former trainees: for the duration of the contractual relationship, plus the period required by applicable tax-accounting legislation (generally up to 5 years from the end of the relationship);
- Data used exclusively for marketing: until consent is withdrawn or, in the absence of withdrawal, a maximum of 3 years from the last active interaction.
7. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right, under Law No. 195/2024, to:
- Request access to your personal data that we process;
- Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Request erasure of your data ("the right to be forgotten"), where there is no longer a legal basis for retaining it;
- Request restriction of processing in certain situations provided by law;
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest or to processing for direct marketing purposes;
- Request portability of the data you provided, in a structured, commonly used format;
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;
- Lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP), if you consider that the processing of your data breaches the law.

8. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or accidental disclosure, including access control over stored data and staff training on confidentiality. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure; we commit to taking all reasonable measures to limit the risks. In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify, as applicable, the CNPDCP and affected data subjects, in accordance with legal requirements.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
If the website uses cookies (functional, analytics, or marketing), they are used only with your consent, expressed through the banner displayed on your first visit, except for cookies strictly necessary for the website's operation. You may withdraw your consent or manage your preferences at any time through your browser settings or the cookie banner.
10. Commercial and marketing communications
By completing the forms on the website and providing your contact details, you agree to receive from 4FUTURE EDUCATIONAL CENTRE information about courses, offers, promotions, events, and other commercial communications by email, phone, SMS, or messaging applications (WhatsApp, Viber, etc.), in accordance with applicable law. You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time, using the unsubscribe option in the messages received or by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
11. Minors
If a course is intended for or accessible to minors, the enrollment and processing of the minor's data is carried out with the consent of the parent/legal representative, who may exercise the rights described in section 7 on the minor's behalf.
12. Content, intellectual property and terms of use
The content and design of 4future.md are the property of 4future.md and are protected under the copyright and related rights legislation of the Republic of Moldova. The content is provided free of charge, for informational purposes, and may not be copied, reproduced, used, transmitted, sold, licensed, or distributed for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the rights holder.
If you consider that certain content on the website infringes your intellectual property rights, right to privacy, or other personal rights, please write to office@4future.md, indicating the rights infringed.
By using the website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. The website may contain links to other websites, for whose content 4future.md assumes no responsibility.
Access to the website is free of charge. Users undertake not to use any program or automated means of accessing the website for the purpose of spamming, flooding, data theft, or altering the website, and are solely responsible for their activity on the website.
4future.md reserves the right to suspend, modify, add to, or delete, at any time, parts of the website's content or of this policy, and will publish any relevant changes on this page.
